1. Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via phone call before processing. Only confirmed orders are dispatched.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made at the time of delivery. No advance or online payment is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
a. Custom prescription lenses (as eyesight numbers are unique to each customer).
b. Frames/lenses purchased after using the virtual try-on feature, unless a major fault is identified.
4. Eligible Returns/Exchanges:
a. Wrong item sent (different frame or lens than ordered).
b. Damaged product received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).
c. Manufacturing defect noticed within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Process:
a. Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
b. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
c. Replacement or adjustment will be offered after verification.
6. Refunds: As orders are COD, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer/easypaisa/jazzcash after the return is approved
